Greetings from Russia :D
There are pathfinders here, too. In my club there are some 12 members, so I can't just imagine how to manage 200+!

Hello snowyulia. Welcome to the forum. I am glad to here that pathfinders is alive in Russia. The number of pathfinders in a club tends to change very little in how the club is managed. There are more staff members and instructors, but not a whole lot changes otherwise. It just requires more people that are willing to help a pathfinder grow.

We are only 1 year in March. Besides, in Russia the situation is a bit different than in the US. All the members fo our clumb are children of church members. People who know little about the church are afraid to let their children visit us. Changing public opinion is a very long process, take into account that the most russians think they are orthodox.
I should say that pathfinders' movement is just beginning to develop in my area, there are many reasons for that.
But we are quite optimistic :D

That's great, but yeah, changing public opinion is one of the hardest things you can do... just help you pathfinders learn how to be witnesses to the community--after all, isn't that what Pathfinders is about?

One of my goals is to visit different places on earth and promote pathfinders. One of my old pathfinder couselors went to Moldova to work with the pathfinders there. I think that he might go again in a year or so. I hope that I get to go!

We are going to have a HUGE club for Oshkosh this year! We have had over 60 new families interested in pathfinders... on top of our 80+ pathfinders from last year!

We are a little nervous about such a big club... but it will be FUN!!!
