Easier to ride? You really think so cuz' I don't and I would know considering that I have lived in the city and the country.

There aren't all the cars in the country that there are in the city... and it's prettier

Around here, the country is full of hills... I HATE riding hills!!! Then again, the city is full of hills too... Yeah, I REALLY hate riding hills.

Yeah... I'd rather ride up and down hills than on the flat... it's just more challenging and fun!

I prefer riding for leisure, just for a spin around the block. Maybe I'm lazy... idk. But whatever the case, I really dislike hills.

I'd have to agree. I love hills. Biking on road hills are challenging. But I especially enjoy technical offroad hills. Moutian biking up technical trails is always fun!

well of course, when your off road, hills are the only way to go! unless you don't have any (sorry Florida). Thats why I call it mountain biking!

YOU call it mountain biking? You invented mountain biking?

Hills really are the best part... and I love coming down a singletrack trail and hitting whoop-de-doos at almost 30mph!!! That's FUN!!!

Speaking of hills, near my house there are alot on the road. So if we decide to bike some where, there are the really big hills. They are fun to go down, but it can be hard going up... :D

Going up the hills is the best part!!! Going on the flat stuff is boring.

Going up hills is OK, but very energy taking... I still like going down bumpy hills best!

Last week my family was in the Mount Hood area for a vacation. My brother and I did a bunch of moutian biking! It was so beautiful. The best trail was an 8 mile trail we did. My parents droped us off at the top, and most of the trail was level or slightly downhill. It did have this fun technical uphill section though. There were snow patches at the top that we went through. Near the bottom there was this really rocky stretch. It was just such a diverse trail, it was one of the best rides I'd done in a while... so much fun! :D

i'm really envious of you Mitch! I just don't live around enough fun mountains, especially none that allow mountain biking on them. I am hoping that my life will slow down enough that I can do more cycling soon. I am really glad that everybody seems to have plans to bike now though!19

I'm up in Virginia right now... and there looks to be some sweet riding in this neck of the woods! The roads are all REALLY interesting... they go up and down and twist all around! And the mountain biking is pretty good... I did bring my mountain bike up, and hit some trails on friday! They were SWEET! Smooth and flowing with just the right amount of technical riding! If you guys ever get to virginia... be sure to bring your bike!

Well i'm in Colorado right now, and we flew down here so I couldn't bring my bike or even unicycle. But, I saw a guy in the airport who had a bike with him partially taken apart, it made me envous. It's beautiful country here for biking also, I've seen several around on my hikes into the rockies with my family, both road and moutian. My imagination is like going wild seeing the routes i could take on certian trails here, I have a biking mind... :|>
