It's been over for a couple of days now (as of this writing), but the Atlantic Union Camporee was really a blast. There were a couple of highlights I'd like to share with the forum.

One was that I met Lonny Nelson (a member here). In fact, he ate lunch with our club on Thursday. My director told me that we would be "feeding someone from Advent Source" but she didn't know who it was. I was hoping it would be Lonny, and to my utter delight, it was!

The second item is that we got to see the PF Flag Around the World! Yay! Our director signed our club's name to it, and I sketched in our logo.

There were other things that I really liked about the looong weekend (we got there Wednesday evening and left Sunday afternoon), but I don't have time to go into them right now.

Thanks for mentioning the Flag, and that you actually saw it! I'll have to look at it real hard to find your club logo. Who knows, it just might make another appearance in the Atlantic Union, as I'm not sure if we got all of the clubs from that area.

My Union Camporee will be held next year, and I can't wait.

Our club name is the Flames, so look for a little campfire. It's small (so I could leave room for others).
