On some Sabbath afternoons, the young children in the church have AY programmes apart from the older ones in the Church.

On one Sabbath afternoon, the children were asked to draw bible characters that came to their minds. When they were finished, I noticed that my little brother, 8 y/o, drew an aeroplane with three people in the back and a pilot in the front.

I was puzzled so I asked Him to explain. He looked at me as if I were silly to ask such a question, then proceeded to tell me that the 3 people in the back were Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus and the person flying the plane was PONTIOUS, "PILOT".

I laughed but he was very serious. It should have been obvious to me, he said, that this was the flight into Egypt.

That's rich! You should submit it to Reader's Digest! I could see that in their December issue.

Maybe my little brother should be writing for readers digest. He says a lot of things that makes me want to laugh and he is not trying to give a joke. Mommy says he has been blessed with a smart tongue !

Young children can be really funny.
If Reader's Digest would publish it, it would earn a lot of money.
