Greetings Pathfindersonline Forum users,

I'm working on a new feature for the Pathfinder Website and was looking for some assistance.

In your opinion, what is the best 1-2 links that you've found online for helping you teach specific AY Class Levels (classwork) Requirements?

Please submit link and brief description, as well as requirement(s) that it helped you with.

the egwhite estate for many of the Ellen G White texts that you need for the younger groups... as far as master guide it was easier to just get the books (plus, I don't know about you but I like to highlight stuff for future reference). I think they have a place you can purchase that stuff on the site as well. I'm sure many of you know about this site, so I don't know if this is a help or not but this is what first popped into my head.

the link to the actual database should be http://egwdatabase.whiteestate.org/nxt/gateway.dll?f=templates$fn=default.htm$vid=default

and the whole site, (especially if the above doesn't work or changes) is http://www.egwestate.org/

Another place that helped me is the red cross website. I used it for Master Guide required medical training, but it can be useful for all different health and fitness honors and training requirements, especially if youre a small club and dont have trained staff.

the site http://www.redcross.org

OK, I think I've made enough progress on an online reading guide that I can announce the link:

(Updated link!)
http://metrocast.net/~vathomas/reading.html

This page has all the reading requirements in Growth section III of all the AY diaries (Friend through Guide). It has links to all the Bible texts (via biblegateway.com) and all the Ellen White I could find online. I've also linked a handful of articles and a few online books.

I consider this page a living work, so if you would like to recommend an online text that would satisfy a reading requirement, let me know. I will be happy to consider it!

Hi Jim,

I LOVED the site you have for the reading requirments of the classwork levels! This is and EXCELLENT resource that every club director and classwork teach (or really just anyone) should know about! Well done!

My area is conducting a Master Guide training course at the time, and I will definately be sharing this wesite with all of them!

Keep up the good work!

This is the best resource to explain the President's Physical Fitness Awards. There is also information on other President's Challenge Awards- Presidential Active Lifestyle Award, Health Fitness Award (note the Active Lifestyle Award can be earned by anyone including Pathfinder Leaders)

https://www.presidentschallenge.org/the_challenge/index.aspx

You can have the web site help keep track of your activity level and earn the Active Lifestyle Award. Check it out. This could help with the later class levels that require implementing a exercise program.
