I used to be a homeschooled pathfinder. I didn't really enjoy the homeschool part. I loved being a Pathfinder and still consider myself one even though I'm away at boarding school. There are a few homeschoolers on here. You just have to wait for them to come out of the woodwork. Welcome!!!

Hey Emily! I'm a homeschooler!! 8)

I'm a senior this year. I'm probibly going to Walla Walla College next year. I've homeschooled all my life and love it. :)

I have a lot more time than if I was at a boarding school or going to WWVA (Walla Walla Valley Academy) a hour drive from my home. Several teens from hermiston area go to WWVA every day.

So I still have plenty of a social life, I'm in pathfinders, youth group, and have several friends that homeschool also. We get together now and then and do school, but most of the time it's just for fun.

That's so cool! :-) I'm a sophomore. Yeah, I definitely have a lot more time for other things too. If I went to regular school, I probably wouldn't be able to do Pathfinders. So I really like being homeschooled!!

So what kinda work do you do? Computer, book work?

Hmm... I mostly do book work, though I do like to do hands-on, interactive things, too. I also love to read and write, so I write letters and read books for English. Sometimes I read books for other subjects, too. It's amazing how many everyday things you can do while counting it as "school"! :-)

What do you miss? I'm so busy with Pathfinders, Hobbies, Friends, and Music that I don't miss much.

It does depend on the person though, and their circumstances at whether they like homeschooling. :)

I used to be homeschool.I did not like it that much.I like being with friends. But when I was homeschooled I did not do that much work so it was ok.I spent alot of my time watching t.v.So that really did't work out for me.Withen the first year I went to a public school I did 3 sports. So I really improved.

I graduated from Homeschool. My 3 sisters are homeschooled at the moment and I'm still working on some things before college. For almost two years I went to a boarding academy though and found out that we have a love-hate relationship, lol.

Cool, I'm basicly finishing up homeschooling too. I"ll be going to Walla Walla College this Fall. It'll be a big change I'm sure! I'm already taking piano lessons there though.

Sence I was 8 years old. So 10 years now!? Wow!

This is my second year taking at Walla Walla College. I also play acoustic guitar. I play by ear with piano a lot too...I've also played Organ a few time for my church. I didn't use foot peddles much though! fun stuff, I"m sure I wouldn't have gotten half as far on music if I hadn't homeschooled.

Cool, I've been taking it since I was about 5, so I've been playing for 10 years too! :-D Time really flies, huh?

My brother plays acousitc guitar, too, and really likes it. I'm learning the violin -- this is my second year.

Me being homeschooled coincided with me moving, so yeah... I miss a lot.

I'm homeschooled! :) I'm going to be finished this year, and then on to other things...like a job! :D I may go to college, just don't know what I really want to do yet, well sorta! I'll probably go to a community college and take Paramedic courses, we'll see! :) I'm just glad that God is in control of my life! :)
