Yes, tis about time to get this rolling again!!

I've always wanted to try a real triathalon. But havn't had the chance yet.

I had a fun biking summer. I especially enjoyed a long weekend where we went to Silver Falls State Park in Oregon. There are 7-9 water falls and 50+ miles of multi use trails. It was specatular! :D

I put over 400 miles on my bike in 6 weeks this summer. And last night, at 9:30, I went downtown and rode some stairs and jumped off some things until midnight. Then this morning, got up at 7 and went on a 35 mile road ride...

ah... the life of a biker... GLORIOUS!!!!!

Well, I am getting back into my biking thing. I have been using my dad's bike for the road stuff. Now he is going to "try" and get back on his bike. That means that I have to start shopping for a road bike.

And my bank account isn't growing fast enough to afford another bike right now.

Just gotta love descent routes... unless you live at the top of a hill, then you have to go uphill when you are tired.

Sure. So do I. But I agree with Rangerman. Ending your ride with a long hill is not something I want to do.

Oh am I out of shape. I went for a "little" ride Sabbath and I thought that I wouldn't make it back. I guess that means I need to ride more often.

I don't know where that is so I don't know any thing about it. :?

Well, I've hit the trails here at Mission College. There is a huge hill that we drove to and rode down. :D

Jersey's definitely help a whole lot. I will never ride in a t-shirt again, it's just to gross.... shorts help too. Trust me on this, they are a whole lot more comfortable.

:) Yes, I love to wear Jerseys.. I have a mountian biking jersey that I especially like. It is rip proof... It saved me from the blackberries on a ride last weekend. :D

I'll have to try some biking shorts someday soon... I usually just wear comfotable shorts.

It is the same for me. I am still using the everyday shorts for my mountain biking.

But you see... snow makes mud... and ice. Like the best combination ever. It would be a lot of fun. We need to hit up Chilhowee sometime... yeah....
