well... um last time I cheated and used a hotel shower  lets just say that I wasn't suffering too much  I am definately going to this one! It will be my third one and I am hooked!

Wow there Wildernessfun that is just a little blessed!! It was my first time at camporee and I loved every bit of it...except the "facilities" (most unfortunately ours were right by the night meetings) and the shower houses. But hey that was all part of the camping experience!

Last camporee I didn't use the shower houses... I used "The Y". This camporee I used my mom's hotel room most of the time, but I did end up using the shower on Friday night, about 12:45 am. It wasn't that bad, honestly... of course, they had just been cleaned...

where did everyone find themselves spending their time at this camporee? I was helping down at the climbing wall most of the week.

I was mainly hanging with friends at their campsites and at the hangars but I sort of needed to stay out of the heat.

Oh yeah, I can understand the shade thing! That's one reason why I was helping at the climbing wall, we had shade there! :D

I spent quite a bit of time over by the mission pilot honor area talking with several different pilots and looking a planes! Other than that I walked around a lot meeting different people, and really getting on others' nerves because I would let them know if a plane was flying overhead (I'm just plane crazy at this point and it's like I have radar if they're anywhere near me) :)

I spent the majority of my time teaching in hanger D, the new "Preach It" honor that my conference was running. As far as temperature it did get a bit warm in the hanger. But I had a small fan so nothing to complain about. :|> I did get outside and to the other hangers some on my break time. Wish I could have tried the climbing wall, when I walked by there several times it looked like fun! ;2)

I was around the hangars most of the time, although I did go ice skating one morning and I also visited the dairy farm.

Hi!
I went to OshKosh too. I did the Rock Wall, went to the Christian Illousionist, went to a self-defense class and did two honors. I did Moths & Butterflys and Grasses. I had a really good time. Tons of fun!

Our conference did the grasses honor!! Neat! I only got one honor which was the mission pilot honor (they said something about still trying to get that approved so I got a paper temporary patch).
