Has anyone created a brochure for their club? Any ideas for a personalized brochure? I have a place to put them at my church now and I wanted one that is specific to my club.

I've never made one, but it sounds like a good idea.

What I do instead is keep my club in front of the church as much as I can. When we're not in summer break, the club and staff wear our uniforms during church once per month and take up the offering. We also make sure that our upcoming activities get a mention during announcements.

I also run "Honors Week" sometime in August, where we teach one honor per evening every weeknight. Each honor stands alone so that people can come on the nights that they are able and not worry about missing half an honor. We do not charge for Honors Week. It's an opportunity for people to check us out with no obligation and see if Pathfinders is something they might like. It's also an opportunity for new members to get a few patches for their otherwise blank sashes.

The sooner you get behind, the more time you have to catch up.
