Looking for any studies done about pathfinders and their influence in the church.
I know that Pathfindering is important, but I need some facts.
Anyone have an idea where I could find this information.

Best regards

Any evidence I could give would be anecdotal, but in the past three years roughly 75% of our baptisms have been from among the ranks of our Pathfinders. There are several families attending our church because of the Adventurer & Pathfinder programs we have, and though there are Adventist churches closer to their homes than ours, they attend ours. Pathfinders does not attract only kids - it brings in families.

I have seen lives transformed. In more than one case, an Adventist grandparent brings in their non-SDA grandchildren. In more than one of these cases, the generation in between is in prison. Pathfinders becomes a very positive part of their lives. I fully expect to see the Lord intervene in more families because of His tool - the Pathfinders.
