Does anyone know where we can get the safety information for blacksmithing ahead of FFIC? I have not seen the honor, or its affiliated safety article, in the honor handbook.

This is the note connected to the Michigan Conference offer of a Blacksmithing Honor in Oshkosh:

Quote:
Blacksmithing - Basics of ornamental iron work, Focusing on old fashioned coal fired forge work. In addition to student forge time there will be experienced smiths demonstrating advanced techniques throughout the week. Students who are interested in participating in this activity will need to have read the article on safety from the Pathfinder Honor Handbook prior to attending. The students will go home with at least two completed projects.

thank you!
