Yes- as far as I know you earn it by completing the requirements found here....

http://www.pathfindersonline.org/pdf/cl ... ritage.pdf

As far as Advent source having it, they probably do, but after wading through seemingly endless pages, I could not locate it.

I'll just scan the sash.

You can earn the Church Heritage Award at any time. The method varies from place to place but used to include a lengthy test.

God Bless,

Chris

In Ohio, when the Church Heritage Award is offered you have to take a test a the end of the seminar.

I am looking for one WITH an white picket fence on the patch as well as the building, tree, and head stones.

Please send me a private message! Thanks for looking at your sashes for me.

I remembered seeing a topic regarding a patch that looked sort of like what you are looking for. After some careful (and a 30 minute) search, I have located the topic for you. It is about an unknown patch that someone has. Here is the link: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=969

I want to warn you that the image is quite small. Also, it would be good to read through the whole thread so that you know what became of the discussion. I didn't bother reading through the topic again once I found it.

I hope this helps.

I also posted a reply on that topic some time ago. That was an early Conference Honor and it soes not sport the needed "White Picket Fence" of the NAD version.

Yes! It is the white picket fence that is needed. I MUST see a patch with the white Picket fence.

ok well this topic is about 4 to 5 years old and I usually wouldnt respond to old topics, but someone in my church asked about MG so i went through the requirements with him. One questions we both asked was "What is the Church heritage award and how do you obtain it?"

Download a copy of the Master Guide Manual from the GC. All the requirements for the Church Heritage Award are in there starting on page 22.

I have a manual which was last updated 2002. I does have more info than what is shows in tbe GC. Since I'm teaching the MG Class I asked my friend gave me a copy of both test, Junior and Senior, since I couldn't find my copies to give the test.

Yeah, for me getting the Church Heritage Award was the most challenging aspect of earning my MG.

That was the thing that took me the longest. I just remember that it was a lot of work. I guess most of the other things were also a lot of work though.

I know what you mean. I'm getting ready to give the test and even if I have the answer key, I'm spending time looking for the page of each answer, in case the people has problem with the answers, and some I even have trouble finding the page.

So, the one without the fence is not the real Church Heritage Patch? So, how come AdventSource sold them as Church Heritage Patch? When I ordered mine, last year, it didn't have the fence. My friend ordered her last month and it has the fence. When did AdventSource updated the fence?

This is the post that brought up the "white picket fence". It sounds like there were two versions of the NAD Church Heritage patch, one with and one without...? Idk. Whatever the case, I'm sure your's is fine.

PS: And BTW, that link in the quoted post doesn't work anymore because the AdventSource website has since been reworked.
