Jomegat was talking about stapling each Pathfinder's honors to a piece of cardstock. Along those same lines, my club staples each Pathfinder's honors to a piece of ribbon 1-1/2 inches wide, the appropriate color for each class (blue ribbon for Friends, red for Companions, etc.). We staple a little piece of paper with the Pathfinder's name and list of honors/awards to the top. Next comes the pin, chevron, and name strip for the class they achieved. After that there may be a small baggie with the advanced stars or teaching diamonds to attach to honors. Then, of course, there is a string of the honors they earned filling up the rest of the ribbon.
After investiture we always have a reception with cookies, cake, juice, etc.
