Basic Staff Training (BST)

Basic Staff Training (BST) is offered by Pathfinder, Adventurer, and Youth Leadership at a NAD, Union, and Conference level as a 10-hour set of seminars.

Basic Staff Training is most often taught at Staff Conventions offered by local conferences, though it is also taught at Just Claim It (www.jci3.org) and other North American Division events.

Basic Staff Training is the seminar component for Master Guide training and thus is offered with a focus on Pathfinders, on Adventurers, or on General Youth Ministry.
